In this week’s newsletter, we were pondering on doing nothing and what that meant. Is it a waste of valuable time, or is doing no-thing actually just relaxing?

If this is a challenging thought for you, here are some journaling prompts to help you explore 💕

  • What do you think of doing when you consider doing nothing? What brings you joy, relaxation and peace?

  • What feelings arise around this - guilt, relief, fear?

  • How does my body feel when I’m doing nothing and there’s no agenda - tense, soft, fidgety?

  • When was the last time you did something because it brought enjoyment, not because it led anywhere?

  • What small things do you enjoy but have a tendency to rush through?

  • Do you feel like you need to earn rest and relaxation?

  • In what way can you invite no-thing this week?

As ever, if you need extra support, you know where I am?
