I am based in Meanwood, Leeds, West Yorkshire. I occasionally run other workshops and events around the Leeds area and am able to travel further afield on request. Please contact me to find out more.

Longer term work with clients requiring Soul Doula support will be agreed and arranged on an individual basis. Please contact me with your requirements.

Dependant on my schedule and where you are based, I may be able to come to you. The beauty of my work is that it can be done anywhere, and I have everything I need to make our time together magickal, and worthwhile. Please contact me for more information.

My availability varies from week to week. However, I am available on various weekdays, along with evenings and weekends. I usually take bookings between 10 and 6 but can do later appointments on request.

I accept cash, card, bank transfers or PayPal. Bank transfers are preferred and details are available on booking, or on request.

I have a strict cancellation policy of 24 hours on 1:1’s. Please let me know if you can't make your session so that I can offer your time slot to somebody else.

Events have a no cancellation policy. However, tickets can be transferred to another event with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Trainings have a no cancellation policy but can be transferred with at least 5 days notice.

• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe, PayPal, or relevant service — I do not store card details)

• Notes from sessions

  • I keep moderately detailed reflective notes to support continuity of care and professional practice. These are saved securely using encrypted cloud storage and are accessible only to me. Records are retained for up to seven years after the end of the client relationship, after which they are securely deleted.

• Messages sent via email, website forms, Acuity forms, or social media

• Information shared during grief support or doula work

• Newsletter sign-up details

• Website cookies and analytics (through Squarespace)

• Device and browsing information

• IP address (standard for website security)

3. Sensitive Information

Some sessions may involve discussion of personal, emotional, or health-related topics.

I treat all sensitive information with strict confidentiality and only process it:

• with your explicit consent,

• to provide the service you’ve requested,

• or where required by law (e.g. safeguarding concerns).

I never sell or share sensitive information for marketing or external purposes.

4. Why I Collect Your Information

I use your information to:

• Provide and manage Reiki, sound healing, grief support, doula services, courses, and events

• Keep appropriate client notes

• Process bookings, payments, and confirmations

• Contact you about appointments or updates

• Send newsletters, if you’ve opted in

• Improve the website and user experience

5. How I Store and Protect Your Data

I store your information securely using trusted platforms:

• Acuity/Squarespace – bookings, forms, client contact

• Mailchimp – newsletters and mailing lists

• Stripe/PayPal – payments

• Email – correspondence

• Encrypted digital files – client notes

I take reasonable steps to protect your data, including password protection, encryption where possible, and limiting access to myself only.

6. How Long I Keep Your Information

I keep information only for as long as necessary:

• Client session notes: up to 7 years (a common standard for holistic practitioners)

• Booking and payment records: 6 years for tax and accounting

• Emails: up to 3 years, unless needed for legal reasons

• Mailing list data: until you unsubscribe

• Website analytics: determined by Squarespace’s default settings

After this period, information is deleted or anonymised.

7. Who I Share Information With

I do not sell or distribute your data.

I only share necessary information with trusted third-party providers that help me run the business:

• Squarespace / Acuity Scheduling

• Stripe / PayPal

• Mailchimp

• Google (email services)

• Video platforms (for online sessions or courses)

These providers are GDPR-compliant and only process data on my behalf.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data I hold about you

• Request corrections to inaccurate information

• Request deletion of your data

• Withdraw consent at any time

• Request a copy of your session notes

• Object to certain types of processing
